Daily Duties at The Catalyst Group:

Planned multiple high-end dinners and conferences for VIPS/Executives from 10-150 attendees. Oversaw entire meeting lifecycle from concept to reconciliation, for 11 US and global conferences for high value clients in catalytic technology, oil, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Wrote and designed marketing materials such as invitations, web resources and programs. Sourced, negotiated and contracted venues, personally attending events to manage on-site.
