Daily Duties at Gray Consulting International Meetings & Incentives:

Championed expert project management, developing project benchmarks, schedules and key metrics to ensure the event was a success. Reconciled invoices, bills and honoraria, reporting event ROI. Multi-tasked to serve as a Planner, supervising 3 Coordinators and Direct Reports depending upon event – up to 55 Travel Directors and a 25 member Planning Team. Collaborated with Ground Transportation and Registration Management to ensure meeting logistics went smoothly. Advised on best practices in enterprise meeting management technology and event sourcing.  Planned, budgeted and executed ~ 40 multi-sized events per year for clients.
