Consistently attained best price as well as additional services with 3rd parties to address business client needs via strong negotiations. Partnered with healthcare and pharmaceuticals industry leaders to understand meeting needs and locate optimal venues and SMM needs. Worked within very tight deadlines, high pressure environment. Ensured leadership was “on the same page” in conjunction with verticals such as Sales & Marketing, Product Launches, Speaker Training, Internal Training, Advisory Boards, and R&D. Continuously reduced costs and improved quality of events. Managed contracts to ensure accuracy, mitigate risks and protect interests.
