Daily Duties at Broken Sound Club:
I was the overall Director of Golf Course Maintenance that turned the golf course from just a golf course into a 5-star club recognized around the world for its environmental work and hosting a PGA Tour event. Working with my two superintedents, we maintained and sculpted the old Joe Lee designs that were renovated by Gene Bates, into industry standards of excellence. I directed the golf course crews and landscape teams, purchses and implemented club policies.
