Oversaw the Navy Clean Program, including reviewing contract terms, auditing, and billing/travel/cap rates regulation and revenue recognition in an Oracle accounting system. Directed loading financial data from a snapshot into an excel spreadsheet and calculating and analyzing monthly, cum-to-date budgetary, and cost data in support of the program to closely manage Monthly, Quarterly, and Fiscal Year budget allotments such as Revenue, Direct Cost, Indirect cost, NBI, LNBI, LR and GM
