Daily Duties at Clearwater Staffing:

My role is to use my expertise in legal ethics and evidence to examine documents relevant to pending litigation for which the firm has been retained. I am responsible for examining hundreds of documents such as memos, letters, e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and other e-documents each day to determine whether the information should be turned over to an opposing party in response to a discovery request. I was hired to do first level review. However, in addition to first level review I was quickly asked to perform quality control checks of other attorneys' work. I knew I was successful because my supervisor told me that I worked at a pace that exceeded the other attorneys' and that I was able to learn quickly.
