Group Leader Distribution Center (10/2010-11/2012)| Production Controller • Strategically planned and guided the daily operations of multiple work groups through collaboration and leadership of group leaders focusing on overall interdepartmental performance. • Collaboratively set goals and objectives for designated group members, as well as for the individuals within the Supply Chain function. • KPI driver for metrics including Cost per Carton, Carton per Hour, Safety, Development, Quality indicators and Level of Service. • Created and executed plans through the team for inventory execution; posted a positive .06% over previous year’s rate of .13%. Executive Team Leader Stores (1998-2001/2005-2010)| Human Resources, Logistics, Sales floor, Guest Services • Fiscally responsible for a 120,000 square foot store with $48M in sales. • Successfully led teams of 30+ individuals to yield positive profitability results, safety development and customer service relationships. • Support daily, weekly and monthly sales and operations planning process including ongoing metrics and reporting. • Managed the Replenishment and Inventory process for a store location exceeding $40M in sales utilizing a team of 4 team leaders and 40 team members. • Led all aspects of HR including training, staffing, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, and compliance. (FMLA, EEOC, HIPAA) • Developed talent including team leader to executive and team members to team leaders.
