Daily Duties at Us Foods:
Implement and execute all training and development initiatives in regards to integration processes, business development process and lead all project planning and execution efforts within a professional manner. Manager (01/14-Present)| Supply Chain Training & Development • Facilitated replenishment process and system training on JDA platforms which actively support business process improvement initiatives. • Designed, documented, and implemented business processes related to forecasting, planning, purchasing and logistics. • Executed training and development initiatives for a newly created role and implemented proactive leadership skills to collaborate with higher level business leaders. • Actively participated in developing standard operating procedures and organizing training initiatives. • Provide ongoing assistance to the Replenishment teams through active involvement in daily business objectives. Manager Replenishment (11/12-01/14)| Supply Chain Management • Provided assistance on the facilitation of centralizing purchasing of 3 distribution centers and implemented a stable culture to ensure a smooth transition and high service ratings. • Managed and analyzed procurement strategies to support business as it develops and grows maintaining specific focus on security, quality and cost. • Managed $300M in replenishment spend activities for assigned distribution centers and related staff. • Coached team of 15 to drive consistent processes and procedures while monitoring performance results against established KPI goals. • Achieved inventory goals by setting expectations with team and effectively coaching behaviors. • Worked closely with Sales and Category Management teams to develop and monitor product performance and distribution strategy, ensuring the company distribution strategy is followed and is functioning properly. • Maximized performance by monitoring KPI performance vs. goals; provided teams with direction and took corrective action to ensure performance targets were met.
