Daily Duties at Country Curtains:

• Lead Store Managers to achieve all targeted goals and drive organizational excellence; prepare floor plans (including merchandising & new products), manage payroll, control operating costs, ensure visual integrity, provide outstanding customer service, etc. • Hired, trained, developed, mentored, and directed Store Managers that have exceeded corporate expectations; instrumental in the organization’s hiring process. • Provide strong leadership that boosts morale and significantly improves performance; train/develop Managers to increase bottom line by developing merchandising skills. • Develop/implement processes, procedures, plans & initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce costs, drive revenue, and improve operational performance. Analyze products and identify areas to increase/optimize profit margins.
