Daily Duties at Not For Profit :

Performed Mid-Year and Annual Year budget, monthly analysis, and determine variances from prior month.  Prepare detailed financial analysis of P &L, Balance Sheet, core spending inflation and operation of cash flows. Identify risks and opportunity.  Prepare variance analysis of budget vs actual results. Create operation goals, and financial objectives. Reconcile cash, and bank accounts.  Plan and develop monthly statistics, and articulate to upper management both written and verbally.
