Daily Duties at Corporate Finance Associates:

Assist with financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment. Supported and collaborated with Senior Partners in buy-sell process. Participant in transactions ranging from advisory work in Mergers & Acquisitions to debt and equity offerings, both domestically and cross-border.  Involved in every aspect of transaction analysis and execution from start (pitch/marketing) to finish (close/pricing).  Work closely with senior bankers, leading drafting sessions or preparing materials for fairness opinions.  Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work effectively across the organization at all levels.
