Control expenditures per Government Guidelines, identify and articulate Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Control and Budgeting issues, assist in forecasting, handle conflict resolution, and provide analytical and Management support.  Managed up to five different departments during F& A Absence and lead weekly meetings between Procurement, Warehouse, and Accounts Payable.  Project leader for Green Energy Alternatives, and train staff and create an effective teamwork environment.  Performed basic financial and resource analysis to understand past performance and determine present and future performance and resource allocations.  Served as subject matter expert on particular financial areas, and partnered with others on campus to solve problems.
