In addition, implemented and managed the Professional Development division. To include: "New Hire training, Coaching/Call Monitoring and Employee Development" programs. Developed and implemented skill based training, systems training, and developed new training materials based on policy and procedures, regulatory requirements, compliance changes and performance matrixes. Managed a staff of 16 employees, a 1 business analyst, 2 development leaders, and 14 trainers/ professional development coaches.
