Drive project management strategies to deliver optimized business solutions for a variety of complex challenges; defined project scope and business requirements, interacted with organizational leadership to identify goals and objectives and selected crucial team members to facilitate successful project deliverables using project management methodologies and analytics. In addition, implemented and managed the Professional Development division. To include: "New Hire training, Coaching/Call Monitoring and Employee Development" programs. Developed and implemented skill based training, systems training, and developed new training materials based on policy and procedures, regulatory requirements, compliance changes and performance matrixes. Managed a staff of 16 employees, a 1 business analyst, 2 development leaders, and 14 trainers/ professional development coaches.
