Quadrant Homes Senior Development Manager responsible for all site development and design/construction activities on $300+MM - 1,526 lot urban planned development including design constructability reviews, permitting, management of consultant team, and construction management as owner’s representative including field inspection management, contract administration, construction engineering, safety program, quality control, design clarifications, change orders, schedule management, and monthly pay estimates.
