Daily Duties at Aldi Inc.:

 In charge of the recruitment, training and development of store employees, to ensure a productive and positive work environment  Developed strong time management and organizational skills to ensure all operational and financial goals and policies are adhered to  Used direct communication with store management to ensure excellent store standards and timely completion of tasks  Constantly reviewed and managed controllable expenses within stores  Was designated as a trainer for 6 new District Manager Trainees  Had been selected to plan, coordinate and manage the execution of 8 major store remodels and 1 new store opening  Ensured stores were compliant with governmental rules and regulations in regards to both health and safety standards and payroll/human resource management  Wrote and carried out appraisals for Store Managers, which identify strengths, areas of improvement and financial goals  Negotiated contracts and supervised execution of work from service providers and general contractors  Was given numerous projects outside scope of everyday workload, to assist the division headquarters in implementing new product or maintenance initiatives  Acted as a liaison between corporate and store levels, to ensure proper communication to achieve goals  Prepared monthly presentations on a variety of topics, and led presentations for store personnel to aid new company programs and policies
