Daily Duties at Sam's Club:

Manage personnel and accounting departments. Perform recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, associate relations, maintain wage and sales budget, train and develop associates, ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, and use coaching for improvement. Promote team environment, open-door policy, and respect for the individual. Part of team responsible for the entire club operations. Handle member service issues and concerns. Plan and execute community involvement projects for associates. Grow membership sales through visits to current and potential business members. Attend career fairs searching for management level candidates.
