• Directly responsible for all allocations for the Annie Sez Division • Appointed the leader of the implantation new allocation system • Promoted as Lead Manager to learn the allocation system used in Canada by YM and successfully trained the Allocation Team on all tasks involved with new system and the functions used in AS400 • Guided the Allocation Team on daily bases on allocation strategies using analysis on Sales, Inventory, Weeks of Supply, Class and Store turns, Square Footage by Store, Model Stocks, Margin, Gross Profit Dollars and Percent, COG’s on Hand and ROI. • Developed and maintained Model Stock Inventory by class and by store • Affectively utilized and trained the Allocation Team on the following reports: Store Velocity Report Top/Worst Turning Styles Report Inventory Status Report Category Analysis Report Open Order Report Distribution Planner Report Class Sales Ranking Report Open to Distribute Report Model Stock Report • Successfully worked with the Buyers and the Planning team to develop effective allocation strategies on a weekly basis • Conducted an Allocation Team meeting on Monday’s and Friday’s to discuss Prior Allocations, Turning Styles, Store Needs and Future Allocations
