Daily Duties at Professional Transportation Inc:
As the PM Ops. Mgr. I directed the after hours Facility and Operation, assuring that all facets of the operation was closed out and prepared for the next day. As well as the oversight of the Technology Infrastructure - in the absence of an I.T. Department it was my job to troubleshoot and address ( to the best of my ability) any technology equipment or software issues - I became well versed in I.T. solutions. I also supervised minor fleet maintenance, and arranged to meet with employees to address workplace concerns, conflicts and resolutions.
