Daily Duties at Nets Work, Inc.:
Conceptualized, founded and launched this software, systems and network consulting firm. Defined and implemented the strategic direction and market position of the company. Designed the service offerings, business development and growth strategies, including marketing plans, strategic partner relationships and profitability objectives. Raised initial capital of $12M to fund start-up. Oversaw all day-to-day operations including Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, internal support and all network, system and software consultants. Worked closely with the sales teams and acted as the “closer” for all sales contracts. Initiated and negotiated all strategic partner alliances with system, network, carrier, and hosting companies. Chaired the monthly Management Committee. Lead on all Mergers and Acquisitions.
