Daily Duties at Transcare Ambulance :

Direct and Oversee a large workforce of 350 employees towards company objectives. Manage scheduling department to ensure control of man hours and overtime abuse, operators to monitor for violations of hours of service in concordance with federal guidelines, dispatch in preserving high caliber of customer service, call center departments as they communicate to the external customer, the administrative staff in determining the timeliness of reporting and communications, Conduct conflict resolution sessions, as well as union and department of labor hearings. Counsel workforce to foster Human Capital practices insuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
