Provide executive legal services and support to senior management on governance, litigation, employee relations; intellectual property; corporate structuring; hospital administration and corporate strategic matters. Report to President as member of the Senior Management Team. Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors; Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. Management of the eleven member legal team and the twenty member grant administration team.
