Daily Duties at Xerox Corporation:
Working on a team to service UPMC an 8 billion dollar Health care provider with over 8,000 pieces of XEROX equipment. Doing major and minor service repairs on printers, copier machines. Downloading and installing printer drivers on equipment, along with Updated patches and firmware. Performing printer mapping to PC. Perform configuration of devices enter IP address, setup scanning to email. Maintain appropriate supply inventory for the Hospitals devices. Maintain agreed upon level of uptime on P1 and P2 calls For copier and printer fleet. Work with UPMC Magee Hospital IT Director and their Support Desk Engineers with network issues.
