Sr. Service Technician you will be a great resource to other technicians and you will be responsible for assisting them by answering Any complicated questions that may arise. You will also be expected to fill the role of a team leader, which includes transferring service calls, assisting with difficult or problem calls. You will also be expected to inspire and motivate others to perform well, while giving appropriate recognition and feedback to others. •You will make sure technicians will maintain the machines through means of PMs, software and cleaning. •Make sure specified numbers of service calls are done each day by technicians, with the goal of keeping the number of call backs low by having technicians achieve first call efficiency, coupled with cost effectiveness when dealing with replacement parts. Ensure a high level of external customer satisfaction.
