Daily Duties at Cashedge Inc.:
To develop, establish and maintain all operational aspects of the company including support technology, processes, design and security. Develop and maintain a secure and robust infrastructure and support model that reduced costs per transaction, while maintaining the flexibility to handle scale and emerging opportunities. To help CashEdge re-establish credibility and trust in the financial services community. Established and chaired the monthly IT Security and Compliance Governance Board comprised of representatives from the various financial institutions to deal with issues of security, privacy and compliance. Responsible for all internal and external support services (level 2 and 3) in the US and India, system and network administration, network and systems design, configuration and release management, physical and data security. Negotiated all hardware, software and service contracts for the company. Implemented VoIP services between US (New York and San Jose) and India (New Delhi and Chennai) offices reducing telephony infrastructure costs by 22%. Responsible for facilities including lease negotiations, move planning and construction. Lead negotiator on all Master Agreements and SLA's between CashEdge and all financial partners. 33 contracts signed within 3 years. Lead on all internal and external audits including SAS Type I and II audits and all external financial institutions audits including SOX and PCI.
