• Directed 3000 personnel and $16.1B operating budget for 178 F-16 fighter type aircraft including industrial maintainenance, sortie generation, and supply chain operations including 7 outside agencies. • Chaired daily production, staff, and management meetings coordinating efforts with other aviation departments and directed major modifications and repairs for Pratt / Whitney and GE power plants. • Supervised 200 direct reports managing, training, professional development, performance evaluations, and coaching. Squadron awarded best sortie generation 6 months consecutively. • Operations management conducted under combat conditions in multiple theaters of operations included engines, airframe, defensive and offensive avionics, weapons, and combat sortie generation. • Optimized material management metrics by implementing Six Sigma Lean Presses. Saved $4.2M • Evaluated flying and maintenance operations identifying inefficiencies and capitalizing opportunities. • Oversaw maintenance, repair and production efforts of aircraft valued in excess of $960B. • Coordinated daily with 32 intergraded supply chain employees ensuring production goals were met. Developed tiger team charged with performing an organizational Lean study, redeploying managers d saving $1.3M.increased efficiency, saved 292 flying hours and increased productivity 25%.
