Daily Duties at Exco Automotive Solutions:
Engineering.- Review and analysis of important information to strategic planning for new programs implementation. Aligned staff resources with workflow requirements by providing TEAMS with up-to-date operational information in a highly dynamic environment. Implemented plans to optimize staff training in support of organizational goals. Actively participated in the Annual Business Plan and management of the Engineering Budget. Implemented and coordinated activities of the Cost Reduction team. Quality- Maintain and improve the Quality system, operational procedures and work instructions. Managed the Quality system to monitor and ensure output product to meet Customer specification and exceed their expectations. Responsible to manage QOS and create programs for improvement ( Scrap reduction, Productivity Increase, reduce down time, eliminate overtime, reduce and control PPM, etc.) Lead internal auditor's team to conduct layered and internal audit based on annual plan and scheduled external audit.
