Daily Duties at Nortel:

Director, Channel Marketing – Global Enterprise Training Readiness (2001 – 2002) Led a team of nine in defining and developing “best in class” training for Global Enterprise Solutions in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Director, Channel Marketing Global Enterprise Sales & Channel Readiness (2000–2001 Provided leadership of eight Sales and Channel Readiness Managers in the redesign/implementation of Global Enterprise new-product introduction process, resulting in a 20% shorter time-to-market. Created standardized templates and metrics for real-time tracking & reporting of channel partner status during product-launches. Developed and managed Enterprise product Certification & Accreditation programs. Business Manager, Global Enterprise Partner Channel Marketing (1998–2000) Managed Partner Communications and Marketing Development Funds departments and developed partner spending plans within accrued budget and program guidelines supporting approximately $50M in revenue. Managed four Channel Marketing Managers. Senior Manager, Norstar Targeted Marketing (1997 – 1998) Advisor, Norstar Targeted Marketing (1996 – 1997) Guided Nortel Small/Medium Business Lead Generation Department staff of five employees, 50 Telemarketers, and 3rd party vendor in the development, launches and tracking/reporting of partner lead-generation campaigns. Marketing Manager, Norstar Marketing (1995 –1996) Created/implemented marketing programs, collateral, tools, and conferences/trade shows.
