Daily Duties at Wachovia Capital Real Estate D/B/A Hom Eq Servicing (Hom Eq):

Drive project management strategies to deliver optimized business solutions for a variety of complex challenges; defined project scope, interacted with organizational leadership to identify goals and objectives and selected crucial team members to facilitate successful project deliverables. Worked with management to develop programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Investor guidelines to include but not limited in systemic call monitoring, Modifications and electronic payments. Facilitated monthly and weekly meetings with compliance, risk and operational management to identify changes to Federal, State and servicing guidelines and implement changes to processes, policies and procedures. Conducted extensive analysis of rules and requirements, business processes, policies and procedures to determine adequacy rule coverage and identified potential gaps, documented risks ratings and worked with management create corrective actions. Implemented and coordinated Quality Control testing and documented risk ratings and created quarterly senior management reporting. Conduct Quality Assurance Call monitoring programs for Customer Service, Collections, early and late stage loss mitigation business units. Documented call monitoring findings, analyzed deficiencies and reported findings and ratings to management and worked with individuals, managers and training to implement development programs to increase performance and efficiency and develop staff. Documented and implemented performance matrices and facilitated monthly and quarterly performance calibration sessions to obtain agreement and implement training strategies. Documented and maintained policies and procedures. Worked with management to update polices on a quarterly basis. Incorporated changes to Federal, State and Servicing guidelines, and process changes.
