Daily Duties at Sheetz Corporation:
Successfully contributes excellent customer service and sales support, which includes addressing product issues and assisting with product inquiries. Plays an integral role in meeting sales and service objectives. Delivers job training to new Customer Service Representatives. These are my job duties on the overnight shift service all customers checking out, help unload truck of all front items 3 nights a week, rotate all old stock items with new items for front of store, resupply pos. machine with new change, make hot and cold drinks when ordered, clean coffee bar, restock coffee cups and lids, check creamer supply, and sugars replace if needed. Restock Cappuccino machine, clean fountain drink area and restock lids, cups and straws, restock shake machine area with lids and straws, restock all milks for morning for cappuccino and lattes drinks along with cups and straws and lids , restock SBC which are for frozen drinks like cappuccinos ,smoothies, restock all Tabaco products, empty all inside and side walk garbage ,run sweeper on inside rugs. have all coffee ready to be made by 4:00 am. On a normal night you will be checking out customer from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am with not much of a slow down. On a weekend night Friday and Saturday you will be checking people out with not much slow down till 3:30 am and taking your 20 minutes break. All these job duties usually have to be done between 2:00 am till 4: am then morning rush starts and will not stop until you finish at 6:am.
