• Performed edits, transfers, write-ups/write offs, rate changes, splitting fees and processed monthly bills for assigned attorneys • Established and organized system for the ongoing maintenance of attorney trust/escrow accounts • Maintained and reconciled all attorney trust/escrow accounts • Conducted client collections: made calls, resolved discrepancies • Responsible for unapplied cash of assigned attorneys • Daily deposits • Coded invoices and expense reports and directed them to the appropriate personnel for approval before payment • Manage all vendor collection calls and complaints regarding discrepancies • Maintained checking account and petty cash for the New York office on Quicken Accounting software
