Daily Duties at Crestview Aerospace Corporation:

Responsible to provide leadership thru: as the Integrated Program Team (IPT) Lead, Risk Management Lead, led Contract Negotiation, Change Management Board, prepare and present Program Status Reports for Customer and Senior Leadership, selection of IPT management members, provide guidelines for control of all program activities, maintain Program Estimate At Completion (EAC), interface with Business Development, develop department budgets, manage other Program Managers, prepare Program Management process and procedures, proposal preparation and management, establish milestones, prepare Statement of Work (SOW), create and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), establish and manage Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and oversee Make vs. Buy decisions.
