Daily Duties at Lincoln Sudbury Regional School District:
oAdminister all employee benefits, for a regional school district. oResponsible for payroll for all employees (250+) on a semi-monthly basis. oPrepare individual teacher contracts and support staff salary agreements. oAssist active and retired employees with information regarding health/dental insurance, retirement, personnel and all other benefits. oDistrict representative to AARC (Affirmative Action Recruitment Consortium). oMaintain active membership and participation in professional associations. oEmployment advertising and recruitment activities. oProcess all new hires and terminations. New employee orientations and conduct exit interviews. oHandle all CORI (criminal background check) requirements, worker’s compensation, long-term disability and life insurance claims. oMaintain teacher licensure database, assist teachers with licensure and contact MA. Department of Education on expediting licenses. oDaily interaction with employees regarding benefits, payroll, tax information, etc. oPrepare W-2’s and file quarterly federal and state taxes. oEnsure compliance with federal and state wage/hours laws and personnel-related regulations. oIn charge of all biographical data on employees and transmission of data to the Department of Education. oFacilitate resignations, leaves of absences and retirements. oTrack professional development points and coordinate with the Curriculum Coordinator. oMaintain evaluation database for all employees.
