Daily Duties at Harris Corporation:
Provided daily customer support and troubleshooting on issues within all Accounting system modules which included Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Accounting (Production), Timesheet Entry and reporting, Media Accounting (Billing/Paying), General Ledger and Client Profitability on the EAS, Adserve and Ad Aid systems. Supported customers having data connectivity issues by researching computer and database connection errors prior to forwarding to technical teams. Served as Account manager As client's account manager, served as trusted point person for client. Arranged for software upgrades, enhancements, bug fixes and new releases to be delivered to clients, escalation of critical issues and training requests.
