Daily Duties at People Soft:

Installing and configuring Domino servers, upgrading workstations to Notes R4.5, creating new user ids as well as server ids in Notes, developing databases and customizing database designs, resolving replication problems, managing disk space of servers, troubleshooting all Notes related problems. • Nearly 50 calls coming on various Lotus Notes problems. Developed a database with 27 documents with help instructions within Lotus Notes and put it on the server so that users can access the information. This increased response time in troubleshooting the problems from 25 minutes to 5 minutes. Also reduced call volume from 50 calls to 20 calls everyday.
