Daily Duties at General Motors Acceptance Corporation (Gmac) :
Manage and implement the company’s 380 SOX controls full-cycle process with all levels of management, process owners, internal and external auditors. Full-cycle SOX planning include documentation, testing, remediation, and follow-up. Also manage and coordinate IT access review and various audit visits such as PWC. Additional responsibilities include compliance and audit work as needed. Executed and coordinated the financial planning and accounting process such as budgeting and forecasting, month-end close reporting process, created and coordinated the management report, account mapping, account reconciliation reports, and discussion and analysis variance report. Primary back-up for Cash Desk Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst. Proficient in PeopleSoft.
