Daily Duties at Keane:
Directed four training locations, maintained superior staff including interviewing, hiring/firing, mentoring and managing 10 instructors, performance reviews, classroom management, scheduling. Conducted training classes nationwide for major clients including Franklin Quest, Intel, First Security Bank, University of Washington, and Thiokol in addition to supporting clients.
