Daily Duties at Vine Connections:
I managed 12 distributing companies in 8 states. I developed and maintained a high standard of product focus by conducting regular and effective business reviews, market surveys, sales meetings, and seminars on existing and new products. I developed and executed creative sales marketing including educational handouts, power points, and other "leave-behind" items for company and product recognition. I coordinated demonstrations and classes for sales teams, sales managers, end consumers. I maintained quality displays and prime product placement and preserved the integrity of each brand by effectively targeting the appropriate customers. I incentivized all levels of distributor management/sales teams to increase focus and distribution.
