Daily Duties at Tata Communications (America), Inc.:
Provide sound legal guidance to the company’s global business units primarily focused on international Telepresence provisioning and exchange agreements, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Cloud Computing and Storage, Data Managed Hosting Platforms and Managed Security Services offerings in the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia; manage, negotiate and draft a wide variety of complex agreements including OEM arrangements, software licensing agreements, services agreements, and channel reseller/partnering agreements. Facilitate viable solutions in the development and management of processes and controls for deal flow and negotiations with respect to the integration of newly purchased business units. Develop and implement training for sales and legal personnel on corporate legal policies, processes, and procurement procedures.
