Supervised daily responsibilities of a high-functioning team consisting of three staff accountants and analysts. 3. Monitored the progress and performance of 14 manufacturing business units through the development and implementation of various reporting and monitoring metrics. 4. Responsible for the creation and execution of annual budgets and strategic plans as well and monthly forecasts
