Daily Duties at Stryker Orthopaedics:

1. Formulated strategic business plans and forecasts in seamlessly managing the financial aspects of seven field locations consisting of more than 220 personnel; generating over $300M in total sales and $132M in operating income. 2. Worked collaboratively with the upper management in conducting comprehensive analysis and strategic planning through expert management of the company’s $44.5M in total inventory. 3. Managed the Mid-Atlantic region's commercial real estate portfolio consisting of 11 sites that entailed overseeing all aspects of finance that included site identification, contract negotiation, and vendor management. 4. Facilitated multifaceted functions which included providing tactical and consultative support to the area vice president and local leadership teams; formulating strategic business plan; analyzing P&L statements; implementing cost reduction initiatives; preparing ad hoc reports; managing personnel; and developing process improvement plans.  5. Established a system that efficiently managed an estimated $9M worth of instrument purchase dollars in the Mid-Atlantic area.

You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
