Daily Duties at Village Care Of New York:

Care / care management of 165 patients. Supervise and mentor 4 full time nurses. Train new staff nurses as needed. Review all documentation for timely submission, accuracy, completeness and clinical appropriateness. Assign cases to appropriate nursing personnel. Case conference with all disciplines providing direct care. Conduct annual and probationary evaluations. Ensure timely completion of New York State mandated 180 day assessments.
