-Directed and managed office operation for 3 independent branches and 15 employees. -Interviewed, hired, dismissed, trained, managed, and evaluated 6 administrative personnel. -Assisted loan officers; ordered title work, prepared loan packages, administered loans, and attended closings. -Performed on-site inspections of land developments and homes under construction. -Performed accounting duties; reviewed accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness, resolved discrepancies, bill approval, check signing, and other various month-end procedures.
