-Managed a personal portfolio in excess of $150 million in construction and land development loans with more than 100 clients. -Supervised and managed 4 lending officers and 10 administrative personnel at 6 locations throughout Minnesota and South Carolina. -Performed on-site inspection prior to loan approval and throughout construction. -Authored and implemented standard operating procedures, practices, and company policies. -Interviewed and hired general staff and trained executive staff. -Actively directed the LMS development team - the company's proprietary Loan Management System. -Research and site selection for new offices; facilitated remodel/construction of 6 locations in Minnesota and South Carolina.
