Daily Duties at Bank Of America, Legacy :
Assisted with the implementation and monitoring risk based programs to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risk that arises from inadequate or failed and processes, people, systems or external events while maintaining a balance between risk mitigation and operation efficiency. Participate and and provide support for project issues. Provide technical support to systems enhancements. implemented evaluations testing methodologies evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies and procedures and internal controls. Identify operational risks issues, advised managemnt on risk rating ratings and evaluates rating ratings against polices and procedures, and guidelines. Worked with management and process owners in drafting correction action plans and managing change. Identify training opportunities. Documented audit findings and recommendations to mitigate risks. Conducted regular and quarterly operational risk performance reports for senior management. Define user requirements, perform user acceptance testing and or troubleshoot system operational issues Develop and implement policies and procedures, controls and training materials to ensure compliance with government regulations (CFPB, Loss Mitigation programs) and maximize operational efficiency and customer service
