Daily Duties at Sonic Drive In:
I was responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operations of three new restaurants in the opening of the St. Louis market. I was r3esponsible for the recruiting, hiring, and development of 125 employees. Developed two Managing Partners and one Supervising Partner. Maintained optimal Health Department scores, never less than an "A" rating. Developed and implemented Marketing plans for sales growth, both local and corporate. Worked with other Managing Supervisors to assist in the training of future sites and established the Sonic brand in St. Louis. Through high mystery shopper scores sent too team members to the "Sonic" games; only the Top 10 in the company were invited to go per restaurant position, a HUGE honor. Assisted in developing an Ideal Food and Paper Cost system allowing the company to lower the costs to .5% of perfection.
