I was charged with the Profitability, Staffing, Marketing, Site Location and Quality Assurance of 29 Double Drive Thru Restaurants. day to Day Operations included Restaurant Inspections, the Hiring, Firing and Interviewing of Management and Supervisory Candidates, implementing marketing plans (both corporate and local), ensuring that all costs are within the specified range. Also responsible for turning in all daily, weekly and monthly reports on a timely basis. Worked closely on budgets and sales plans with the VP-Operations achieving the company goals. Developed, negotiated and implemented a Preventative Maintenance plan, with one company, to lower maintenance costs and prevent potential down (operational) times which would have resulted in lost sales.
