Daily Duties at Lab Corp Laboratory Corporation Of America:
Responsible for preparing, analyzing, documenting, training and maintaining the UPS ROADNET software for LabCorp Western Division Operations, 34 sites from Alaska, California, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Nevada and Arizona. Restructuring and optimizing the West Division Logistics Operations. Reviewing current operations and looking for opportunities to cut cost while maintaining customer support without compromising services. Responsible for overseeing the training and implementation of key support staff, serve as key contact to tracking and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution, and support local management in recommending process enhancements, analyzing data to optimize spending/controlling cost and enhance efficiencies.
