Daily Duties at Helget Gas Products:

I was responsible for the overall Profitability of the Plant through the day-to-day operations of auditing truck sheets for accuracy, developing new sales customers, training driver and fill techs while maintaining Compliance with the DOT and FDA as they are the government agencies having jurisdiction over the industry. With the DOT had the highest CSA ratings in the company with fewer than 3 citations during the last 4 years. During the FDA Audits had one violation in twelve years. Developed and maintained relationships with the high level decision makers at Delaware North (food vendor @ Bush Stadium), Schnucks, Dierbergs, Medical West, Provider Plus, Anheuser-Busch and other major players in our Top 20. Developed and implemented a system for reviewing major accounts annually to ensure communication resulting in fewer issues and complaints. I daily met with fill techs and drivers to achieve all production and delivery levels were meant. Oversaw the Warehouse Manager's training classes and documentation were up-to-date. Interviewed, hired and fired all team members as the needs grew. Handled all customer complaints and achieved their satisfaction by delivering what the customer needed. Met with the owner to plan for increased sales, manpower and capital improvements. Found, met, developed a relationship, negotiated and implemented tow major vendors for bulk gases, the basis of the gas business.
