Daily Duties at Tmx Finance:
Generate business opportunities by identifying potential markets in the assigned region, setting clear expectations, drive sales and maximize sales through effective communication, delegation and holding people accountable. Participate in internal audits to verify whether necessary controls are being implemented and take appropriate action if discrepancies are found in any process. Coordinate with SVP/DVP monthly to report forecasted position. Develop strategies to achieve excellence in overall operations, including staffing of all level of management.
