Daily Duties at Polyclinic:

Managed clinical and fiscal operations for 5 vascular surgeons with direct oversight of 35 support personnel in 4 locations. Hired, trained, and evaluated staff. Expanded practice development and marketing, internal and external business relationships. Managed budget, software and equipment acquisition, vascular ultrasound practice, and business plans for new projects. Utilized LEAN principles to improve supply management, reorganize workflow for efficiency. Successfully managed implementation of EPIC EMR and new ultrasound electronic charting software. Purchased a community physician’s practice, converted existing patients and systems, hired and oriented staff and ensured smooth transition for patients.
